AI processing
The chat assistant is powered by OpenAI's GPT model. When you send a message, it's processed by OpenAI's API to generate a response.
OpenAI's enterprise API operates under a zero data retention policy — your conversations are not stored by OpenAI and are never used to train their models. Responses are generated in real-time and discarded by the provider immediately after.

Conversation monitoring
Chat conversations are forwarded to a private monitoring channel so that inquiries can be followed up on and service quality maintained.
Before forwarding, email addresses are automatically redacted. No IP addresses, device identifiers, or browser information are transmitted — only the conversation content and language preference.

Data retention
Saved conversations are automatically deleted after 7 days. Monitoring records are archived after 90 days. There is no long-term storage of conversation data.

You are in full control of your data:
The Clear conversation button in the chat assistant immediately and permanently deletes all stored conversation data. No account or request is needed — deletion is instant.
